The focus for this class is strengthening and stretching our shoulders. We work towards a peak pose of Dolphin (or Forearm stand for those that want to). In order to be comfortable and breathe in Dolphin we have to work with our shoulders to become both strong and flexible. There is a balance between these two things. If we are too flexible then we don't have enough stability. If we focus only on strength our shoulders and upper back become tighter.
