    Start this yoga practice standing, flow for around 20 minutes, and then move to Pigeon Pose and other hip stretches. Finish with a short relaxation music.

  • Balance Challenge with Becca - 30 minutes

    Join Becca for this 30 minute yoga class. After centering and warming-up, flow and open up, then try some challenging one-legged balances. This practice is harder than Becca's gentle classes as it includes 3-legged dogs, revolved half moon, power chair, and camel. Props: blocks
