Our spine is designed to move in all directions, and we feel our best when energy moves freely through our body. In this practice we will move gently in all directions, opening up the channels of energy through our spine and body. We will work towards supple, fluid, pain-free movement.

In this practice we deepen our awareness of our spines as we backbend. Our goal is to find supple and fluid movement throughout the spine, rather than creating our backbend all in the low back. As we move through the practice the waves will rise as we create more space in our spines.
