Sometimes life gets in the way and we realize it is time to return to our yoga practice. I start slowly in this collection and offer modifications for those who haven't been exercising much. I begin with a focus on the feet in the first video and then work my way up the body in the subsequent practices. The videos progress and become more challenging. I hope you enjoy this collection for a full body reset.

    In this practice we challenge and then deeply stretch the muscles around our hips. We want to find balance in our hips for fluid, pain-free movement. Enjoy a challenging standing flow including one-legged balances, followed by backbends, forward bends, and seated stretches.

    Our spine is designed to move in all directions, and we feel our best when energy moves freely through our body. In this practice we will move gently in all directions, opening up the channels of energy through our spine and body. We will work towards supple, fluid, pain-free movement.

    In this practice we deepen our awareness of our spines as we backbend. Our goal is to find supple and fluid movement throughout the spine, rather than creating our backbend all in the low back. As we move through the practice the waves will rise as we create more space in our spines.
