    Through our breath we will continue to tap into the power of our inner well for this lively and challenging standing practice. We will watch the alignment of our knees as we dive deeper into Chair pose, lunge variations, and Squat. Throughout our slow flow we will challenge the thighs and we create strength from the ground up.
