In order to feel grounded, we have to surrender to our breath and let our energy release downward into the earth. When we connect with our breath we discover our inner well, our own inner resource for love, creativity, inspiration, and determination.
Our focus for this practice will begin with opening the feet and stabilizing the ankles. We will continue to move gently as we reset and re-align from the ground up. Class will include a few more balancing challenges than the previous practice. #574
