Start seated with shoulder stretches and opening the upper back. Then warm up the spine with Cat/Cow variations and a gentle camel. Move into a standing flow focused on the upper back and shoulders. Becca also add a few Down Dogs, Planks, and a Dolphin. Finish with a little Shavasana. Complete mini 30 min class. Props: foam roller and/or blocks. Combine with #345 for a full hour class.
