Focus on improving your balance, while working your core, glutes, thighs, ankles, and feet! Our toes are so important in balancing - so we will start class spreading the toes and opening the feet. If you have a tennis ball or another small massage ball, then get it for this class. You can use your thumbs instead if you do not have a ball. As we move through the standing sequences we will stop and visit with different one-legged balances.
